I had a very helpful first consultation with Dr. Elliot, who, in addition to providing me with a straightforward treatment plan, gave me information on how to improve my oral hygiene at home and even took the time to follow up with me and my progress days after the consultation. This was followed by an exceptional cleaning with Ms. Alexandra, who was so skilled and friendly, I felt no pain and I genuinely look forward to my next cleaning with her (something I never thought I’d say). The staff is helpful and care a lot about your comfort. “I first visited Dr Elliot in October last year to have a consultation for orthodontic treatment. He recognised right away that I had TMJ and I wasn’t able to open my mouth wide enough. He told me that he would not want to start any orthodontic treatment until I got my TMJ looked at and received some treatment for my jaw muscles, so I would be able to open my mouth the normal amount. He recommended I‘d go and see a chiropractor and to return once I was able to open my mouth the „healthy“ amount. I was rather impressed with this approach since he clearly cared for my health, rather than just wanting to make money, and he clearly wanted to do it the right way, rather than the quick way. I ended up receiving treatment from a chiropractor and maxillofacial Specialist, and returned to Dr. Elliot once I was able to open my mouth the suggested way. I’ve had my braces fitted this week (and a wisdom tooth removed in the same sitting), and it was a pleasant experience. No pain …  The assistant was also lovely and made sure I felt totally comfortable. Highly recommend Whites Dental. “ – L Weber

Due to Covid I was asked to send photos of my lips and then had a phone consultation where we discussed all the treatment options and what result I was looking to achieve. She happily answered any questions I had. On the day of my treatment she talked me through all the stages and what to expect. I also had a follow up appointment three weeks later to make sure that I was happy with the results and all I can say is that I’m absolutely thrilled. “I originally wrote a review saying that although I was very happy with the affordable check-up I received from a very friendly team, I was surprised to have had to pay for the X-ray I received alongside the check-up. This is down to a communication error. Since then, I’ve emailed the team and written an earlier google review, stated as such. Their customer service has made me amend the review twice and change the stars from 3 to 5 due to the high quality of communication. The team clearly care very much about the service they provide and will go to great lengths to ensure that you, as the paying customer, are satisfied. In my particular case, we organised a suitable time for me to come back in and receive a refund for the unexpected cost of the X-ray.
